How can I pay?

 

Payments can be made using a major credit card through our secure PayPal & Square system. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, and Cash App. Please call, email or DM me through Instagram in order to make those arrangements.

Do you offer international delivery?

 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international delivery.

What type of sizing do you use on your site?

 

Standard sizing, Junior, Misses and Plus sizes on select times.

What is your return policy? 

 

No Refunds, Exchange ONLY on unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unstained merchandise WITHOUT pet hair or perfume and odors with tags attached and receipt if purchase with in 7 days NO EXCEPTIONS. However, ALL SALES FINAL on CLEARANCE, accessories, intimates & handbags. Items Purchased During a SALE of 35% off or more, including BOGO 50% or more or, BOGO FREE Final Sale.

 

** Store Credit can be issued if you do not find an applicable exchange at the time of your exchange.** Store credit will be good for 30 Days. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO EXCHANGED ITEM AND NEW ITEM BOTH WAYS.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within one hour from the time the order was place with no charge. After one hour a 25% processing fee may apply. Once the order has been processed all sales are final and a subject to the stores return policy. Please note many items will ship same day if ordered before 2pm PST.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped a USPS Priority tracking number will be emailed to you?

How does the Free Local Delivery work?

Free Delivery option is available to the Areas mentioned for all order $50 or more before taxes. Once your order is placed I will contact you via the email provided at checkout within 24 hours to give you a few delivery time options. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. NO ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED UNATTENDED. Delivery time will be within 24-48 hours after the order has been processed and packed. 

If the Free Delivery option is selected and you are not in the covered areas (Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Montclair and Chino) an invoice will be emailed to you with the shipping charge that needs to be paid in order to receive your order. Or you can arrange to pickup your order in person once it is packed and ready to be shipped.

Any exchanges needed will be the responsibility of the buyer to get the exchange back to the shipping address listed on the package and packing slip inside the order.

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

Please allow 1-2 day processing time and 2-3 business days to receive your order if you select EXPEDITED Shipping and 5-7 Business Days for STANDARD Shipping once the order has been processed. PreOrders will ship within 3-5 business days of the preorder date. PreOrder price may be lower than the actual price once the item is available to ship. ** So try to pre order if you can to save money**
